Eric Cantor is incapable of answering the simplest question.

Demonstrated in his interview with Soledad O'Brien yesterday re: Iran getting a nuclear weapon. Then, just now on Morning Shmoe, he was asked how he justifies endorsing Mitt Romney, who practically invented "Obamacare." All he could say was "Joe, you and I both know that if Obamacare is fully implemented, our health care will never be the same."

Uh, hello...isn't that the idea, Eric? Isn't the entire problem that our health care remains the same, and that is why Obama had tried to change it? Cantor offered no explanation as to why/how this change would be a bad thing, just that it will be different. Once again, Republicans relying on FEAR, fear of change. Oh no! Something will CHANGE! Be afraid, America! Change is a' comin'!

I'll tell you what will change if the GOP gets its way; my son will lose his health insurance, just for starters. Now that's change we can believe in! Great message, Cantor, you fucking idiot.

He is just one of those (R)s who succeed by being a white male who parrots what the power brokers want him to parrot.

Shit's just hunky-la-di-da-dory with him.

Us peons . . . well, "Don't get sick, good luck, you'll need it!" is a perfect plan as far as he's concerned.

They go on the nooz to spout talking points and rile up the base. The candy-dates are no different. On Sunday, David Gregory had to ask Newt the same question twice (becoming obviously frustrated and getting no answer to his question), before ending the interview.

he just goes on shows that won't ask the hard questions, and if they do, they never press them for an answer or never ask a follow up.

he knows he can get away with the "dazzle them with bullshit" time and time again, because the "journalists" on these shows are nothing more than paid pitch people for the repukes.

These talking heads all of them have to depend of people wanting to come to their shows. Just look at Rachael Maddow's show after Rand Paul got his strong interview word got out to all gop stay away. I have interview photographed a lot of people, you start with the easy questions and wait to the end to ask the tough questions, because I have had them walk out of the interview rather than answer. And this was before you tube and social media.

9. Cantor wants the Speakership

He won't get it if the Republicans continue to unravel as they have been doing in the nomination process. The Republicans may lose the vast majority of the female vote if Santorum is nominated and with that the House. Cantor will support any candidate who has the best chance of winning and keeping him on the Washington gravy train, including Romney. He doesn't want to have spent all those efforts twisting the shiv in Boehner's back for nothing. Watch the Republicans close ranks for Romney now, because they want to get the nomination process over as it's tearing their party apart, especially after this contraception controversy with Limbaugh.
