Are you kidding me? The right-wing DA in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin took a solid DUI arrest of Larry Schreiber, President of Anthem/Blue Cross and changed it to operating an aircraft while intoxicated. Last time I checked, Mercedes Benz didn't make aircraft with four wheels, nor are aircraft allowed on Hiway 41.
More from the Green Bay Press Gazette here.
Larry Schreiber wasnt flying down Highway 41 when he was pulled over in his Mercedes Benz for drunken driving last summer. But in an unusual legal twist, it turns out that Schreiber, the president of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Wisconsin, ended up being convicted of operating an aircraft while intoxicated for the OWI traffic stop that occurred in Fond du Lac County in June 2011.
That resolution of the case has left state Division of Motor Vehicle officials scratching their heads and local law enforcement officers at odds with the district attorneys office over the amended charge.

According to online Wisconsin circuit court records, the case was initially assigned to Assistant District Attorney Kimberly Tenerelli, not Kaminsky. Everson said he did not ask that Kaminsky take over the case.

Schreiber, who does not hold a pilots license, pleaded no contest to the charge on Oct. 27, 2011, and paid $723 in court costs and fines and was ordered to obtain an alcohol assessment. A companion charge of operating while intoxicated with a prohibited alcohol concentration was dismissed.
Seems Kaminsky needs to join in buddy randy Randy Hopper in the unemployment line. Big insurance backs Scott Walker.
