The South is Going To Rise Again

Last edited Mon Oct 14, 2013, 11:06 PM - Edit history (1)

when it turns blue.

But it isn't just the South that will rise, so will the North, East and West, the nation as a whole will be elevated.

That's more likely and quicker to happen in a friendly as opposed to hostile environment based on regionalism.

The Teahadist Republican protesters knew exactly what they were doing in waving the Confederate Flag.

It was a red flag meant for enragement and waved for the purpose of dividing and conquering the American People, along regional lines, that's the standard Republican M.O. "divide and conquer" that's all they know.

Edit for pic.

The more fractures the Republicans can create, the better their chances of "winning" elections.

1. A government shutdown isn't going to help them win any elections.

Displaying that Confederate flag isn't going to help them either.
Neither is Palin poking her squeaky voice into the mix going to help anyone.

2. I agree on all three counts, but that's not what they're counting on.

They're counting on dividing and conquering the American People, they want to maintain a "Solid South" and parts of the midwest and Rocky Mountain region where electoral votes offset popular votes.

It isn't the Confederate Flag, it's the regional rage induced by it.

4. Call it whatever you will but should you do so, the political and rapprochement problem

would still exist.

I'm not suggesting to condone racism, slavery or treason in any way, shape or form.

People take different meanings from symbols, the Stars and Stripes; (which by the way I saw three of those in the same pic as the Confederate Flag) is no exception.

The person waving the Confederate Flag was also flying a Marine Corps Flag, I'm sure to suggest some sort of connection to veterans and the military, despite the fact that the Tehadist Radical Republicans have only served to damage them as well with their shutdown.

5. Since the Marine Corps fought the Confederates, the era Civil War Marines probably wouldn't be

6. Probably not but the Teahadist Radical Republicans have rarely counted on intelligence or memory,

it's all about emotion with them.

They sell the American People short in large part because they know their corporate media apparatus won't inform or enlighten the people to the contrary.

They LOST. People waving it are still upset that their side LOST. They can't get over the LOSS and are still upset about something that happened in the 19th century while the rest of us are in the 21st.
