Is Mitt Romney a member of the 47%? Ain't that just like a tea bagger?

Now when Mitt Romney made his infamous 47% remark, it was off of a report that said that 47% of Americans, despite working full time do not qualify to pay federal income taxes.

Since Mr. Romney *gains* his money, isn't he only paying capital gains taxes? Does he pay INCOME taxes at all?

And ain't that just like a tea bagger? Blame somebody else your what you're doin'?
