Help: I need links to GOP quotes that threatened or promised a shutdown.

Can you all help me out?

I have the list of the 19 dates GOP denials of budget conferences. Now I'm looking for a handy list to go with it, featuring the quotes of a dozen or so GOPers basically announcing that a shutdown was their plan -- quotes from way before the shutdown happened, like earlier in 2013.

I'm having trouble finding links, preferably to actual news articles where the quotes appear. Or Congressional Record, too, of course!
