MSNBC reporting Maxine Waters doesn't think there will be a deal

referring to the fact that the house will introduce it's own bill later today.

I'm guessing the plan may be for everybody to see the Teahadist bill fail without votes to even pass the House, a Reid and McConnell supported Senate bill passes, and Boehner finally allows the Senate bill to come to the floor for a vote, saying he tried.

she's just not willing to be optimistic now.

They have to have a plan and can't play games one day before the default scenario so that makes sense.
