Well that was a pointless waste of time. Rethug presser

Are you all ready? Hold on to your hats folks we are going to take a wild ride on the debt rollercoaster to hell.

Mr. President don't even entertain that garbage the teawackos spew. Baggers are a joke. The once proud Republican Party is over. What is left in that party are the racist bully baggers and wimps that are afraid of the racist bully baggers.

1. Actually not. The house caved, and put their bill on hold. What it says is they will do a deal

That would be a pretty major back down right now. Especially so soon after all the moronic posturing of this morning.

8. From what Bloomberg reported they were supposed to announce their bill at the press conference,

which included items relating to the ACA and other things, and then said they were still looking at options. Totally took all the reporters off guard.

It appears that they realized that their bill was a no go, and that is why they backed off announcing it. No they are not announcing it as a back down, but by all appearances it appears that way

9. You didn't hear their press conference? They were supposed to announce their plan, then changed

course, and said essentially nothing.

They backed down, otherwise they would have said that, plus some other things they were supposed to include

There press conference did NOT include a counter, it was supposed to, but didn't. Most of the media were taken off guard.

13. Pelosi said the same thing
Tue Oct 15, 2013, 11:49 AM

She said it was obvious from the presser that they pulled their proposal because it didn't have the votes.

ETA: CNN just reported that a House GOP leadership aide said the proposal did not have the votes--and this was "confirmed by multiple sources," according to CNN.
