(2,978 posts)It drove me nuts in the 80s. They were so immersed in a particular ideology--call it liberal, and later neoliberal, logical positivism, and yet so blind to it and then arrogant about it at that.
At least the notion of false equivalency is sinking in--but it took the blogosphere to bring it to light. It would never have happened internally.
