Somehow they think that they will be exposed to nonstop displays of The Gay and that would just ruin their illusion of control and superiority.
It's all about their fear of being on the wrong side of history.

then thy're pissed because they see other people doing what they don't do.
Maybe, misery loves company.
They aren't happy knowing that they are doing the "right" thing.
They need to know that others aren't getting away with something
that they don't allow themselves to do.
Is that external vs. internal validation?
Maybe there'll be a vaccine for it one day!
