I was wondering this very thing for the past two weeks.... maybe a denial of service worm or attack by zombie computers? Just so they could say "it's a train wreck" "it doesn't work"... and mock Obama for being "the most tech-savvy President". Of course they can't really investigate it all now with what else the repukes are doing, but I imagine in the months to come, they could. The repukes stopped the government on the very day that the ACA opened.

If the code had been sabotaged then it would be simple to restore it to its previous state. There probably just was never any good, finished code in the first place.
