How will RoveCo lipstick up the R-piglican party before 2016?

We've placed virtual tombstones on the Republican party before, yet they've always come clawing back like a persistent ghoul from a grade-B horror flick. Well, excepting that Gramps/Grifter thing, anyway.

Minus continued measures to prevent anyone who doesn't look like a close relative of Mitt Romney from voting, is there any possible way the 24% can be restored to their former 47% glory of the Bush era?
