b/ At this point, there is not a Senate bill

and finally Boehner has had enough of these asshole and will find a way to eject that minority faction from the caucus, at a risk of losing his Speakership (it was doomed anyway - that's why he's drunk as a skunk)

Boehner is going to have to rely on mostly Democratic votes to pass the Senate bill. That is the only option that is really available before the DC deadline. This means junking the Hastert rule and getting something done with Democratic votes

There will be no vote tonight. Boehner will either bring up Senate bill brokered by Reid/McConnell or do a short term DC extension. Either way, Boehner is going to have to rely on votes from Democrats.
