Are we Celebrating too soon The House hasn't voted Yet

How many times have Dems given Repugs everything they wanted then when it comes time to vote they vote against it?

Why are they taking a Victory Lap before the House Votes?

Just Nervous. I have a mortgage to refy before Feb I can't have them mucking up the US credit Rating again
