Haha, it almost passed by voice vote. They don't want the record!

The gavel was very close to coming down, the standing Speaker was trying to get it pushed through.

She really wanted to pass it by voice vote!

The Lady who responded "I want it on the record" was even rebuffed, because she has to say "I request the yeas and nays."
