They have had their ass handed to them. After the way this went, achieving absolutely nothing and costing the American public 24 billion dollars, they would have even less support if they try it again.

It's another thing entirely to be campaigning on a promise to take away your insurance.

Sure, they may find another schtick but it's also possible they will act like the whipped dogs they are today.

They are already talking about using the birth control provisions in the ACA as the reason. And, Ted Cruz has been saying all morning that he's going to try it again. As this episode showed us, there is a significant portion of that party that is incapable of learning. They'll pull it again. Mark my word.
