Of course, this is the standard post, which never quite seems to have enough bandwidth to explain who is a "liberal" Democrat, what "approve" means, or several other pertinent little factoids. These meaningless poll results will almost certainly be cited as proof that every last one of us "approves" of continuing war in Iraq and Afghanistan, sudden drone missile strikes on population centers in Pakistan, Indonesia and the Phillippines (to name but three countries).

Now, if I could just trim my ideals to fit the fashion, I could be one of Kewl Kidz, too! Darn that whole Constitution thing! Why can't I quit that quaint old document?

Don't know why I ask; it's been months without even this much of a non-answer.

But yeah, I'll bet a shiny nickel that these poll results are cited at some point to claim that even liberal Democrats supported our country's war crimes.

After all, those vast, overwhelming majorities of liberal Democrats who approve of Obama's job performance aren't REAL Democrats! No true Scotsman could possibly approve of Obama! And what exactly does "approve" mean anyway? And what's a "poll"? All these words are just designed to confuse you!

I thought for a second a REAL Democrat wasn't going to take "no true Scotsman" dogma out for a walk! It's so . . . what's the word I'm looking for? It's not "clever," but sort of the opposite. Predictable? Tired? Nonsensical? Idiotic? Asinine? Something, I'm sure.

The logical fallacies you use to defend your claims that somehow reality doesn't count because you don't agree with it don't change, or become justified, just because you keep getting confronted by them.

President Obama will have a second term. If we all work very hard, we can also elect a Congress that will send him legislation that will aid the country in reaching its goals. To a more progressive future!
