I'm pretty sure it was a female reporter from one of my local stations that runs Limbaugh, the voice and attitude were the same and the person obviously knew how to smoke out the phone screeners and get on the air.

If he strays outside that cocoon, he can't control the microphones, the cameras, or anything else. Even on his home turf he gets schooled from time to time. Why would he venture out where he's not in total control of the environment?
