I am seeing a lot of their products in stores like Walmart, Target, Costco, and even Big Lots. wtf? I have looked at their lower end and even some medium priced models and their rollers are made of wood. You would think you get a machined roller bearing for that money. wtf? This is supposed to be a high end model? I am thinking many models are made in China just sold as made in USA. I think I will pass on any Oreck products for a good while.

have a friend who was head housekeeper at a major hotel, and said they NEVER used orecks, they were crap.
