Oh yes. Im forecasting this will be the scenario in 4 years. Will the repugnants line up behind him? 100%. Souls have been sold for power and money.

(14,047 posts)but if hes convicted for crimes related to the insurrection, the Congress would ban him from running for office using the 14th amendment. All it takes is a simple majority, so it would definitely pass.

(2,154 posts)I remember former Rep. Trafficant, from eastern Ohio, who was expelled from the House ahead of his conviction on racketeering charges, running for office from prison two years later. He trotted out his version of a "witch hunt" explanation and I think pulled respectable numbers tor a third-party candidate. If Individual 1 learns anything, he will realize the third party route is a bad idea from this example. Not that he learns anything, or that he would allow that 3% of the popular vote in fact loses.

(32,793 posts)the small donors are giving him money and right now he keeps all of it. And thats how he wants to keep it. If he announces, then the money falls under FEC rulings.
The really big donors...the mercers, kochs are done with him. The corporations will not back him, Sheldon aldeson is dead. He fleeced the rnc...theres not going to be enough money for him to run a campaign
