And his action demonstrated he is not fit to discharge his duties since he is obviously a racist and misogynist. How can any woman or any person of color think they can receive equal treatment under the law when such a judge is heading a court?

The reality is that American courts are full of such racists and misogynists and this is one reason why prison sentences are applied in a racial manner.
