Our local weekly paper carries a column by a right winger, who, this week, has revealed why the web site has been crashing.
Here is what I learned from his very own reasoning:
Pres. Obama wrote the Health Care Act.
Personally, apparently.
But he wants it to fail because his REAL agenda is THEN to "impose" National Health Care!!!!! on the unsuspecting god fearing population
so that he can CRUSH and destroy all the insurance companies!!!
OMG!!!
The Horror.
This was revealed in the column once I figured out his Palin like sentence structure.
Of course, does not explain why the Reich Wing is against "obamacare" if killing it will bring about the destruction of insurance companies...
the words Satan, and immoral power grab and dictator were sprinkled in amongst the article, btw.

(60,010 posts)If it isn't the typos, and the inadvertant misposting of pictures and headlines ( some very funny results)
it is the political talking points.
The thing is a Republican rag, to be sure...it does carry important county news, tho, like who died, who got arrested for DUI for the umpteenth time....( more than one surprising community member name, oh my)
Well, actually, I howl. Mr. Dixie still tends to blow his top and curse a blue streak.

(45,851 posts)The editorial page had a right wing column full of grammatical and spelling mistakes.... Right next to a cartoon poking fun at a teacher making grammatical and spelling mistakes.
All I did was highlight each mistake in the column, circle the cartoon and write "Those who live in glass houses" on the page, then I mailed it to the newspaper.
A few days later I got an answering machine message that managed to be both apologetic and testy at the same time saying something about they were going to pay more attention to spelling and grammar.

Which is probably the reason there is so much backlash against the program..insurenac ecompnaies can't collect premiums on it.
