2. It took me less than 10 minutes of his mercifully short run on TV

to understand who and what he was and what his entire shtik was.

Right wing "humor" is always hateful and hurtful. It's why we don't understand it as humor and why left wing humor that relies heavily on irony flies right over their heads.

I'm sure his right wing audience is finding his broadcasts absolute knee slappers these days. However, we do outnumber them so maybe his run is finally over.

Thou shalt not alienate sponsors is the first commandment of media. He broke it. Finally.

3. It's not so much "everybody" that's waking up

Certainly a goodly segment of the general population has known for many years just how vile this vile human being is. What may have finally turned the worm is that even some of the vile human being's good friends in the popular media have been shocked by how vile he is. As long as that vile human being was "just an entertainer," everything was good: Everybody made money and nobody important got hurt. But a three-day long jihad against a young woman whose only sin was testifying about what she knew (and really, what everybody knows), finally got the scales to fall off of a few eyes.

Keep the pressure on.
