The ACA website has some problems so what is the big deal about?

There is no way to test 100% if a website will hold up until it is let loose on the public. I would be worried if there was no problems within the first 1-3 months of the launch because something would be off, and it would indicate low traffic.

This will be a non-issue three months from now most likely. Anything technology related that had initial issues quickly becomes a distant memory within a calender year. Just have to be patient.

except under rare circumstances.

They're going to have to pay a little more to get actual insurance with real benefits instead of paying for the privilege of pretending they had insurance.

But, keep on rooting for it to fail! We need you guys to help drive publicity.

Having plans discontinued because the insurance fails to meet minimum definitions of what insurance is would be quite small.

Nonetheless, ACA won't force the person onto another insurance company's plan. If the person likes Kaiser insurance, they can keep it. They'll just have to go for a plan that includes reasonable coverage.

9 of the 10 Poorest states in 2013? Red Southern states with most without healthcare and forced over to Federal Exchange.

How many of them have own Exchange? ONE. Kentucky.
Why? DEMOCRAT Governor smart enough to hire Price Waterhouse & Univ. of Kentucky to do cost/benefit analysis of having own Exchange? Results: "Mr Governor, you'd be crazy not to. Will create 17,000 jobs and save millions each year."
