General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsThis is why I "love" Morning Joe/Rethug "logic":
1. When a far RW Rethug wins, then it validates the Conservative Mantra.
2. When a so-called "moderate" Rethug wins (translation: masturbation should not a be a Federal crime, but it should depend upon the states to determine whether it is illegal or not), then it validates the Reasonableness-of-Republicanism-In-General Mantra.
3. When a Democrat wins, the margin is never sufficient for a 'convincing' victory and thus validates the Conservative Mantra.
4. When a Democrat wins by a huge margin, it is a given that the "minority", "affirmative-action", or whatever moniker of the month was too great to overcome because they want their "Free Stuff", thus validating the Conservative Mantra.

(946 posts)in one race where the GOP was claiming this election was a referendum on the ACA, and the dems won handidly. So does that mean that Americans want Obamacare? After all, it was a referendum on it!
I'm anxious to hear the spin on that.

(561 posts)According to the SeeBS Morning News, the election results show a "move to the center". Lets unspin this and call it what it is, a MOVE TO THE LEFT.
Major victories in New York and Virginia ought to be a warning sign to the Baggers that their old tired rhetoric doesn't play outside Hog Hollow.

(750 posts)Joe in the morning is a very clever political sophist. From my view Joe treats his audience like everyone is a home alone kid that has huge resources in economic fantasy land. Joe in the morning is the Peter Pan of Republican Captain hooks trying sack your tax money.
As other journalist in the cable spectrum he has connections that pay off indirectly. One associate anchor Andrea Mitchell who is wife of former chairman of the Federal Reserve, Allen Greenspan, has cast a spell on MSNBC for the longest time. Andre is a very wicked sort privy to trillion dollar deals in the past decades.
Andrea knowing very well who has a deep pocket loaded with tax payer money syphoned from the system. Huge amounts of money used to pay off judicial penalties. From my view, MSNBC is of a nature like Fox news in masquerade however with the enchantment of mystery encounters of the third kind in weird politics not even or parallel to constitution always open to the famous round table statement there are many unanswered questions. Everyone has heard one time or another. Always debating, but leaving a discussion with mystery, when in fact it should report to draw conclusions.
Imagine being wife of the former economic brain of the one percenters that controlled the secret trillion dollar federal money deals for decades. Those upper crust genitals likely have a stash of tax money so huge they have the capability to pay money penalty for a long time to stay out of jail. The next step is we the people vote in an honest political person that has the courage to hammer the judicial gauntlet to exhaust that tea party stock pile.
That being said because money is free speech we the people need to learn how to speak the language.
