My last update for the night, going to an appointment. One of the other watchers should start another thread to keep people informed.

Results going haywire over at VA SBE site. Now says Herring (D) up 32 votes. Let's see where that's from...http://electionresults.virginia.gov/resultsCTY.aspx?type=SWR&rid=169&osn=6&map=CTY

Only 2% of the regular ballots of Fairfax county showed no vote for AG race.

Reports are showing that 25% of absentee ballots have no AG vote.

This would be an astronomically high percentage for absentee ballots where you would expect the ratio to be roughly even, or even possibly higher as absentee ballots are the result of a more conscientious effort.

Edited to add new tweet:

Fairfax Co. reports that out of 281,880 in-person voters, 277,048 cast ballots in #VAAG race. But out of 29,406 absentee, just 22,453 did.

Eagle-eyed @Jlock notices that Fairfax Co. reports 29,406 absentee votes cast but counts just ~22,500 in each race. http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/elections/webreports/resu1113.pdf

Some Fairfax Co. Democrats still claiming that there are roughly 3,000 absentee votes there unaccounted for, per source. Conflicting reports

67. Urgent: Anyone who voted a provisional ballot needs to contact 1-855-910-VOTE (8683)

According to the Herring campaign, thousands of provisional ballots were cast. Herring can win this if the votes are counted.

That would end the veto proof House of Delegates--just one winning would!

I suspect that somebody's numbers are off, that just doesn't make sense, and fortunately absentee ballots leave a paper trail.

Prince William County reporting 759 new votes for Mark Herring (D), 0 new votes for Mark Obenshain (R). If correct...wow.

Those 759 new Herring votes appear to be from Washington-Reid precinct in eastern PWC. Looks like an error to me.
