Reminds me of what a powerful, progressive voice he was when he was in Congress. Such a shame he made such a mess of things. He really is a bright, articulate guy. Hopefully he will one day wind up back in politics...

he can rehabilitate his image and get back in the fight.

(2,068 posts)Wiener looked as uncomfortable as we did when we had to endure his career-ending selfies, as Bill lauded him for several mints when he came on. The crowd clearly liked him when he began the defend Obamacare and he sparred well with the token Republican on the panel.
