it's 12/11/13 here, tomorrow. Smallest counting unit to largest. And most of the rest of the world uses the same date format. The USA and Belize are the only two countries in the world that exclusively use MM/DD/YYYY.

Which would be 16 seconds after 2:15 in the afternoon.

Or, if one wants to be more globally sensitive, make it 14:15:16 UTC, which is 9:15:16 EST, kind of early for cocktails. Unfortunately, I have to insist.
