In 2016 The Newly Elected President Will Be...

A Democrat. I'm just not sure which one.

But I know this: If it is Hillary, it will be because she has proven herself in the eyes of many independent voters. First Lady, Senator, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in case you were wondering who I was talking about.

Elizabeth Warren, if it is her, will win because she is one of the only people in Washington D.C. who will fearlessly stand up to big banks. She will win because she will show America that the little people can take on the big money. Elizabeth Warren will rile up the feelings that this country was founded on: Freedom from Economic Masters.

Of course, the Clinton/Warren ticket would be unstoppable.

And how can I be so sure? Because the GOP is a two headed snake, and for years both heads were biting on the Democrats. But now they are ripping each other apart. Rand Paul is right now busily hunting through Wikipedia to find a speech that will turn Red America against Christie. Obama has already given Christie the hug of death. To the right wing, Christie is soiled goods. Christie will continue to scream at school teachers and firemen. Women voters love that sort of stuff. If Christie has the ticket we can only imagine how charming he will be to the ladies.

So Rubio, Paul, Perry, Ryan and Christie will spend the next TWO years eating at each other. During those two years, all those whack-a-doodle Tea Partiers will do their best to alienate the rest of centrist America. Obama, if you haven't noticed, still has almost the same approval ratings he had when he started. He is using the GOP like a punching bag and with every round Obama wins, the GOP continues to bleed voters and sanity at a rapid pace. And the beauty of it all is, for every punch Obama lands, the GOP punches themselves in the face ten-times over.

So while the Right Wing tears themselves apart to choose the next loser, The Dems are choosing between Clinton and Warren. No shredding of our candidates, just some good old debating. Those two women, in my opinion, are two of the most substantiative Presidential Candidates I've ever seen. One is fearless and a brainiac. The other has more experience than any other past Presidential nominee and has stood tall and firm during some of the harshest campaigning this country has ever seen. One will stand up to the big banks. The other has stood up to the Right Wing.

Let me put it to you this way. While we are at the table reading the menu and deciding between lobster or filet mignon, the Republicans are beating each other to a bloody pulp to see who gets to dig through the dumpster first.

So, yeah, in 2016 I'm pretty sure we'll not only have a Democrat sitting in the White House, but probably a blue Senate, A blue Congress and a Blue Texas.

If we only vote for candidates with no business support...um...well, then I guess we don't get to vote.

I fought for The Big Dog in 92 and 96. I fought for change with Obama in '08 and '12. Hillary gets the nom and I'll log off and tune out and stop fighting.

I will not fight or vote for another right of center Dem President, regardless of the consequences.

Having Warren play second would effectively negate all that she represents which progressives value. That is a no-go for me.

The people who are interested in Warren are dead set against corporatists, which means they don't want Hillary. Offering me a Clinton/Warren ticket is like saying, "Would you like to eat this turd? I put a frosting flower on it, just for you."

Hilliary is a New Dem and thus a Corporatist (like Obama). The New Dem policies would not be a political suit Warren would don to win an election. I also do not think Hilliary would want someone who might possibly outshine her. No president does.
