Democrats came up with a clean sweep.
Will M$Greedia finally accept that these results are significantly more relevant proof of the rejection of fugged up RW policies than Christie's victory in New Jersey.
Get out the Vote for 2014 and wipe them out.
Congrats Virginia Dems.

(20,176 posts)because it's within 0.5%...actually it's within 0.0002%...this automatically goes to recount and current AG and former gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuchinelli gets to write the rules of that recount. Expect he isn't done trying to steal it yet.

Specifically, who is making up rules, and what the heck are you talking about?

(8,084 posts)Coochienelly got the state board of elections to change a long standing rule, so that anyone who cast a provisional ballet had to come in person to argue their rights to have their vote counted. This rule was for Fairfax County ONLY.
Now you know what heck I'm talking about!

(20,176 posts)It's still not over in any case. The state is on the hook for the recount under 24.2-802.E.iii

Nothing else in my post was incorrect. This is going to recount and possibly to election contest and from there possibly to the courts. We're a long way from over and the "rules" are Cooch's to write based on his interpretation of the statute as the previous procedure used in Deeds v. McDonnell is void due to the statute being replaced between then and now.

(269,219 posts)The courts will sort him out shortly - as a non-elected citizen with way less power than he assumed. He need only ask his side-kick Governor Vaginal Probe.
