Capital, Labor unite behind “reinsurance tax” repeal in ACA tweak-a-thon - Odd of Boehner bringing

this to the floor?

It seems we have a truly bipartisan bill here which would likely be voted by a large bi-partisan coalition. So, it could be an interesting test on whether Boehner wants to fix things or to destroy things. Well, not holding my breath on that, but it could be interesting.

They need to continue the outrage on Obamacare because they cannot explain why they do not want to put any immigration reform on the floor after having said they would).
