There is a Sex Party In Australia

The Australian Sex Party is an Australian political party founded in 2009 in response to concerns over the influence of religion in politics.

Policies

It is opposed to mandatory internet censorship, and supports the introduction of a national media classification scheme, including a rating for non-violent sexual content.

The ASP also supports a royal commission into the sexual abuse of children in Australian religious institutions, and is in favour of legalised abortion, gay rights, voluntary euthanasia, the legalisation of cannabis for recreational use along with the decriminalisation of all other drugs for recreational use.

The party is in favour of sexual rights for disabled individuals

In 2010 federal election, party won 2.04% votes (over 250k). In few local by-elections, party has got more than 8% vote.

There was another party named : The Sex Party in Canada but it was dissolved in 2012.

Imagine what will be the reaction of hardcore conservative Christians if a party like this starts in USA.

You hear gamers from Australia complain all the time about censorship. They also ban books and movies.

I've heard they also jail people for failing to vote. Apparently it's the law that you must vote, whether you want to or not. They're not a very free country by western democratic standards.

The Sex Party has a lot of work to do.

but i saw a documentary on nat-geo that in Netherlands, they train sex workers especially for the disabled people. That means if a disabled man/woman visits a red-light district, they would have a right to have sex with the sex worker and that worker just cannot deny him/her just because they are disabled. They also showed an example of a young man on a wheelchair , a sexual worker and also talked about experiences etc..etc

I think it is a good thing to train sex workers for the special needs of disabled people. Disabled people usually have great difficulty to find a GF/BF/Partner..but they still have feelings and sexual needs. Thus, it is good thing to train sex workers.

But I do not think their should be "sex workers". Therefore, I don't feel the need for them to be trained to do this.

Your point still stands about what they may mean in the article. Thanks.

So why not? Australia still has a representative government that works.

And parties like this no doubt already exist in the US, but there are only 2 acceptable parties. Everybody else can go suck eggs and die.
