This one tiny paragraph counters any repuke bullsh*t about tax cuts being the great panacea

simply by pointing out the similiarity between professed tax cutters and corporate raiders.


First rule of the Corporate Raider, cut all maintenance programs and inventories to the bone. Then get rid of the higher paid capable people who would oppose you and replace them with lackeys. Then sell all the assets you can, followed by hawking the wonderful balance sheet to lenders. Then you take your cut. Next comes marketing the enigma to the eager and enabled, and all too often, foolish.
