The eternal flame still burns at Arlington and was a moving sight when I first saw it. I thought I'd light a candle in my office as a symbol of the hopes and dreams JFK represented for many here, there and everywhere.
As Ted Kennedy said, the dream will never die.

(11 posts)I was watching the news this lunchtime and the BBC News had a small item on the 50th anniversary of JFK's assassination.
The piece more or less said,
"On this day, 1963, during a visit to Dallas, JFK was killed by LHO who shot three times from a building overlooking the motorcade."
Is it just me? Or do they just totally disregard the fact that most people nowadays don't believe this story and, magic bullets aside, would like to hear a small mention of the fact that, for most, this was a complete cover up.
