Can indictments be altered retroactively and still be legal?

My story is a mess and I rely on a team of volunteers to get the word out.

But in the last few days we've discovered a real caveman style alteration of the original indictment. And this alteration was signed off by my court appointed (and soon thereafter fired) attorney and the Judge.

To make matters worse, much evidence was never provided to me regardless of several appeals to the Texas Attorney General (who is now running for governor). And we have had several people tell us that what little evidence they did provide was tampered with. Of course, now I have to fight my way through the courts for a new trial.

If anyone can share their legal knowledge on things such as this, Please do, I'd be forever grateful.

And if you're just a bit curious how your life can be F'd up by your drug addicted kid and him making a bogus 911 call. Go see my story at friscopaul.blogspot.com

that these strategies are used on everyone, and weren't invented just for me.

We have found if they can make you destitute and make deals with your lawyers, that is the biggest challenge. After that it is easy for them and there are many other ways they can keep you where they want you.
