Lawrence O'Donnell is talking about the French consulate warning French tourists to avoid Dorchester

A French class at Codman Academy wrote a letter to them when they read about it in the paper. It's where LO grew up. You should hear him pronounce "Daw-ster!"

If Lawrence grew up there perhaps that is how people there pronounce it...........

They call their "town" Dot. Eliminates all the Rs.
Oh that's good, maybe we should all talk with a Bostonian accent - eliminate the Rs!

Are the people living there any different than other areas? Is there a risk in Dorchester that is higher for the French?
