Hey Teabaggers! No cuts to job rehabilitation programs.

I'm living proof that these programs work.
Due to circumstances I do not care to get into at this time, I lost a job I'd had for many years and was unsure of what to do next. I then heard about a program funded by the State of Iowa and a local community college which retrained displaced and underemployed workers. So I said, "What have I got to lose. May as well check it out and enroll." I did and just yesterday, I got a job as a cnc machinist, which is a direct result of the classes I was taking. If I hadn't taken the classes, I would not have been able to pass the tests the company had for new hires because I wouldn't have known how to read prints or mics and calipers. Now I do. So I got the job. Thank you to the state jobs service for training. And kiss off teabaggers.
