I just thought I'd throw that out there.

There's another video on the same line, only it showed how female beauty standards have changed through the years by flashing through portraits of women. The funniest era was the Tudor/Elizabethan, when normal women were painted as chinless wonders because a strong jaw indicated an unfeminine stubbornness.

hey, there's a little game for you, Name the Artists in this video! Also, Name the Female Artist (i came up with two)...

on edit: Actually, I came up with 3 female artists (and suspect another whose name I cannot recall): Berthe Morisot, Mary Cassatt and Artemisia Gentileschi.

over the ages, isn't it? It's always the same woman, so we don't see how images of the female body have changed over time.
