Santorum compares himself to Mandela

On last night’s O’Reilly Factor, Rick Santorum compared Obamacare to apartheid, then called Obamacare “cool” because it will help Republicans win in 2014.

“Nelson Mandela just died,” O’Reilly said. “I don’t know if you’re aware. Ninety-five years old. Nelson Mandela — I spent some time in South Africa, he was a communist, this man. He was a communist. But he was a great man anyway. The sacrifices he made for his people were just stunning. But he was a communist. A great man, but a communist

I would never attack Nelson Mandela,” O’Reilly continued. “I told Bishop Tutu, who’s like that too, but I told him ‘I respect you.’ Why can’t you guys in the Republican Party bring that to the forum?”

“Well, Nelson Mandela stood up against a great injustice,” Santorum replied. “And he was willing to pay a huge price for that. And it’s for that reason he — he — he is mourned today, because of that struggle he performed. But what he was advocated for was not necessarily the right answer, but he was fighting against some great injustice.”

“I would make the argument,” Santorum continued, “that we have a great injustice going on too, in this country, with an ever-increasing size of government that is taking over and controlling people’s lives, and Obamacare is front-and-center in that.”.”

Raw Story

What a weird, fucking diarrhea of the mouth from Bill - mentioning Communist over and over.

Bill would do the memory of Nelson Mandela a great service by never mentioning his name.

person, even though he is sex pervert who verbally accosts women with talk about loofah sponges and the shower, he loves America more than loofah sponges. A good family man loves to talk about loofah sponges and attends church on Sundays where he probably thinks about loofah sponges. He is a successful talk show host on Faux News where he constantly thinks about loofah sponges and naked women, and loofah sponges on naked women. Raised as a Cathoiic he is the quintcential Christian, talk one way, think about loofah sponges the other............

He is a Case study for the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5)

The seven deadly sins of narcissism

Shamelessness: Shame is the feeling that lurks beneath all unhealthy narcissism, and the inability to process shame in healthy ways.

Magical thinking: Narcissists see themselves as perfect, using distortion and illusion known as magical thinking. They also use projection to dump shame onto others.

Arrogance: A narcissist who is feeling deflated may reinflate by diminishing, debasing, or degrading somebody else.

Envy: A narcissist may secure a sense of superiority in the face of another person's ability by using contempt to minimize the other person.

Entitlement: Narcissists hold unreasonable expectations of particularly favorable treatment and automatic compliance because they consider themselves special. Failure to comply is considered an attack on their superiority, and the perpetrator is considered an "awkward" or "difficult" person. Defiance of their will is a narcissistic injury that can trigger narcissistic rage.

Exploitation: Can take many forms but always involves the exploitation of others without regard for their feelings or interests. Often the other is in a subservient position where resistance would be difficult or even impossible. Sometimes the subservience is not so much real as assumed.

Bad boundaries: Narcissists do not recognize that they have boundaries and that others are separate and are not extensions of themselves. Others either exist to meet their needs or may as well not exist at all. Those who provide narcissistic supply to the narcissist are treated as if they are part of the narcissist and are expected to live up to those expectations. In the mind of a narcissist there is no boundary between self and other.

Saying Mandela "was a great man" keeps him from looking like a complete asshole to somewhat normal people, but saying he was a "communist" reassures his tea bag / freeper / drooling idiot audience base.

O'Reilly is such a smoking pile of dung.

O'Reilly is trapped in cold war thinking. Any opponent of western colonialism was labeled "communist". Even JFK broke from this mindset and recognized that many of the anti-colonialists were "nationalists" not "communists". How O'Reilly gets a TV show is beyond me - oh wait, it's Fox.

All the comments off that Cruz Facebook page were filled with 'Communist', and sounded like they originated out of the same boiler room. I swear some think tank originates the script full of 'talking points' and distributes it nation wide. The other side is nothing if not well organized and diabolical. They have no moral prohibition against lying if it furthers their purpose. They hide behind the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule, but they truely think it only applies to us, rubes.

“And I agree with [O'Reilly's] talking points earlier, that the center focus of the 2014 election must be Obamacare and all of its aspects,” he concluded.

“And the cool thing about Obamacare is that it’s not only bad for the economy, not only bad for people’s health, it’s also bad for freedom of conscience — it’s also bad for a whole variety of issues that will energize all across America.”
