Thoughts from DiabeticMan's Wife: Let's stop with the de-illusion already.

Please, allow me to say up front that if you are offended by these words I DiabeticMan's wife take responsibility for them.

DiabeticMan and I had the Rachel Maddow show on and when I personally saw SOS Kerry's response to the events in Kiev I was outrage and started screaming at the screen. I cannot stop my blood from boiling from anger.

Does SOS Kerry's office not realize the hypocrisy of his statement? Does HE personally not remember the OWS summer? Where was his outrage when he was SENATOR Kerry and those same things where happening to NOT ONLY his fellow citizens but to his own constituents!

Do they honestly believe that we all our so brain numbed from reality TV that we cannot think or remember our own recent history? Not everyone is happy with the 60 second sound bite and a "God Bless America" crap that spew every time they make a freakin speech! We few do remember and we are fucking outrage by this!

Maybe it is time to face the facts our democratic system is an illusion because we are now a corporate -country much like the company towns of the early 20th century! We may have a few voices in the senate and house trying to actually work for the citizens but we have far too many who are listening to voices of Corporate America. We need to stop thanking them for the few crumbs they may throw our way and demand that WE THE PEOPLE actually start meaning something again! Remember if anyone saw Sicko a English scholar was talking about the English Health Care system and the Scholar said-paraphrased : A government afraid of it's people works for the people but a Government with no fear of it's people will not work for the people.

We have a serious problem in this country. Voter rights are no longer protected and really right now after hearing Kerry's words I find this whole participation in government nothing but a HUGE ass joke and I for one am sick of having egg on my effin' face!

Watch they are going to pass the budget giving us serfs a few crumbs and hope we may quiet down but let's face it we are owned right now and we will keep being owned. The rest of the world knows that the American citizens are owned and that is why they fight so hard and why they can paralyize their own countries with strikes.

Maybe I am being petty in some people's mind but personally that statement was the thing that broke my camel's back about belief in the democratic party. I don't know where I stand now or what I will and will not do now I just know I need to stand up and fully admit I live in a Corporate-Country and I am sick and tired of it!

problem in our educational system and endorsed the Race to the Top, Common Core Curriculum, and the standardized testing. We do not have a democracy. Call it an oligarchy. Call it a plutocracy. Call it whatever you want; it is not a democracy.

You are criticizing Kerry for standing against the authoritarian crackdown in Kiev?

Equivalencies between what happened during OWS and the actions of the Yanukovych regime are silly and absurd.

Called "Ignore" and it really can help.

Peopel can be blind to reality and say what they want about OWS, but OWS was a blessing.

"Who is a middle income or lower income person going to vote for?"

I mean, you can vote for anyone you want, but when your only real choices are candidates who are

One) One Percent Controlled Democrats or

Two) One Percent Controlled Republicans,

Well, do we voters really want abortion and women's health measures to end, and for gays to go back to sitting at the back of the bus?

"Our" Democratic "Leadership" have us by the short hairs and they know it.
