Rich folks can buy Siberian kittens. Siberians are wonderful floof balls who don't have the protein that people who are allergic to cats react to.

(13,986 posts)Here's a closely-related pun...
Once I was in Vermont, and was told that I simply HAD to be outside of the local Monastery at sunrise. So I got up early, took my camera, and went there, expecting some sort of dazzling dawn image.
At sunrise exactly, two doors opened, at each end of the building, and from each door came a line of monks, pacing around the cloister. When the lines met, one group sang (in the most wonderful Gregorian style), "good morning". The other group responded with "good mo-oh-oh-or-ning". A dazzling musical experience, reduced me to tears.
In order to capture the experience, I returned the next day with a portable tape recorder. And the same spectacle: sun comes up, doors open, monks come out, meet in the cloister, lovely "good mornings" are sung.
But in the second group, one monk uttered "good ee-ee-ee-eevening".
The Abbot turned around and scolded the group, saying, "SOMEONE CHANTED EVENING"...
Much love to you, SCE! I am glad you are here.

(112,325 posts)I look for forward to Sunday and having some laughs with the LOLCats so thank you for sharing all the great photos.
I wonder what our progeny might think when they research and see the prevalence of LOLCatese on the Internet? Who knows--maybe standard English will have morphed into LOLCatese by that time?
Then again, in the future our furry feline friends might take over and they'll be posting photos of humans in Internet memes. Actually, I've already surrendered to my feline who has me trained me to do her bidding.
All of these thoughts are overwhelming. I need to paws to take a break.
