Question about Affordable Care Act

In the past before ACA, the healthcare industry would deny treatment for what they called experimental such as bone marrow transplants for the treatment of certain cancers.

Does anyone know if ACA would stop that practice or could healthcare industry still deny treatment?

I wish this country had single payer.

I worked as a contractor for a major healthcare insurance provider.

In the department I worked, the insurance provider was very inefficient.
