You think millions of poor (but vote) Texans don't know who is cutting up their safety net? Trust me Wendy, they do.

What I was going to say is, too bad the picture doesn't feature her signature footwear...

We tend to respond and notice when people are attractive. And when they're particularly unattractive.

Personally, I see a photo of Rep Brian Sims from my state and my own jaw drops. That man is drop-dead gorgeous.

Now if you were solely basing your vote on the candidates' looks, that could be an issue, but you aren't implying that this is the case.

We've seen her in comfortable sneakers during the filibuster and now, these stilettos give her nice, shapely legs and cause some males' hearts to flutter.

Hey if dumb Palin can... Sorry.

it's more like the form-fitting shiny dress and the dolled up hair.

Not sure the shoes make that much difference, although a woman friend once told me that high heels force a woman's body into a "fuck me" pose. Something a male perhaps notices whether he wants to or not, whether he knows it or not.

was wearing her Louboutins then. lol. I think she needs an endorsement gig from a good shoe company. The running shoes she wore during the filibuster were sold out shortly after the filibuster.

And the rotunda behind that.

This doesn't look like a formal photograph, just something somebody took of her.

Even if she is, I don't see how it's in that position as she's not holding it as her hands are both in front of her. Eh, just something that bothered me.

Kind of like it's thrown diagonally over the railing and she's leaning against it to hold it in place. I'd worry that it would fall off.
