(12,461 posts)I could not believe people continued to work within the campaign knowing the train wreck Palin would be just one heartbeat away from the oval office. Didn't they once consider the damage that would be unleashed upon the world had they succeeded? Where job ended and patriotism takes over, better yet, what happened to integrity? Talk about selling your soul.

(37,540 posts)Seriously, I wonder if this movie was a pre-emptive strike to make sure this idjit was neutralized? Schmidt is no Democrat...and while McCain hasn't had anything positive to say other than "I wish they never made it", he hasn't exactly condemned this movie as a misrepresentation.

(12,121 posts)that drove the McCain Campaign to appoint that dangerously under-qualified woman as their VP candidate is even scarier because it is true.
That their greed to push their candidate overcame all of their supposed "Country First" ideals is horrifying, yet true.
