Since "Santa" are the parent(s) in a family, I would say that Santa is whatever color that family

happens to be. Santa is a mythical character invented so people could celebrate a value plus Christmas and give anonymous gifts as well as buy things that were needed.

Today Santa is traditionally a male, but "he" actually has no gender..he's make believe.
