I started listening to Rush back in the 80’s when he first became syndicated. From the beginning they thought he was a looser and would amount to nothing. Several million dollars later, they are still saying the same thing. Fools never learn.

I don’t think they understand. Rush listeners would pay to listen. I am sad that I will probably outlive rush and thus miss him terribly for that part of my life. He is one of the greatest gifts this country has been given. He is a national treasure. He taught many of us far more about America than these schools ever did or dared.

I’m not a Rush bot ... meaning that I don’t agree with everything Rush says, just 95%. I listened to the program wherein he made his “supposed” offending remarks and have yet to find anything wrong with what he said.

If I were to speak in the forum of radio, I would have called her a whore and a slut as well. From her remarks, that is just what she is.

Why SHOULDN'T conservatives have to pay. I'd rather have local programming on my local radio station, anyway. Maybe a couple hours of the left and a couple hours of the right or a program that explores all sides with a panel.

As it is, local businesses who advertise on the local news talk don't reach the thousands of Democrats and liberals who reside within the city limits because, by and large, most of them don't listen to right-wing radio all day.
