Drone attacks must stop: Sherry
WASHINGTON, (SANA): Pakistan has made it clear to White House that it would not allow to violate its air space.
Quoting sources US TV and news agency said that Pakistan’s Ambassador to Washington Sherry Rahman met Anthony Blinken, the security advisor to US Vice President Joe Biden, and informed him that there is a concensus among Pakistani political parties that drone attacks inside the country’s territory must and should stop.
Ambassador Rahman further informed the White House officials that drone attacks are viewed as attack on the soveriegnty of Pakistan and the deaths from them have also turned into an emotional issue.
Quoting sources the US TV said that American officials would meet Ambassador Rahman to discuss the disputed issues over drone attacks.
