The publisher of their Holiday CD is 4 Bears/EMI Nashville/Universal Music Group Nashville.
Their clothing, calls and hunting gear is carried by virtually every outdoor gear chain from Cabela's to Dick's to REI to Bass Pro.

(86,646 posts)they don't give a sh*t. That crap is selling like hot cakes and as long as there's a buck to be made, there's nothing immoral about it or what they sponsor to get their products sold... capitalism101.
I campaigned to have a program, a one-shot deal, pre-empted from airing due to offensive content pointed out by consultants they fired but were naming in the credits. It was a show about Native Americans and when the consultants (tribal member/historians) didn't give them blood-thirsty heathens as examples, they fired the tribal member consultants and got some hollywood types and remade the program to their desired tastes but still used the names of the production consultants they fired in the credits as if these fired people condoned their presentation of the historical figures they used.
The show ran anyway and they basically told the tribal consultants to take a flying f*ck at a rolling doughnut. I was contacted by members of twenty-three tribes asking for help in the campaign and we couldn't get the network to do anything but give us the fickle finger, along with their sponsors who don't care what they sponsor as long as there are clowns willing to part with their cash for the crap the sponsors are selling.
I do wish you luck, though. You can always try to make something happen but I think there are too many rwnjs out there who will buy that stuff thinking they are standing up for their rights.

(86,646 posts)and I hope the venture gains something of value, I honestly do. I was just relating my experience. I used to hang out with a bunch of folks in WI who went by "The Immoral Minority" and the slogan was, The Immoral Minority is Neither!
I do agree that this gang of zealots need to be put back in their corner and told to keep their religion to themselves, the crusades are long past gone, get over it. I grew up with zealots and what I learned was that each individual has to decide for themselves what they will believe in and how they will apply their beliefs to their own doings and allow others to do the same.
Religious edicts/beliefs have no place in our government and that's what the Constitution states, they need to get that through their thick, brainwashed (brain damaged?) skulls.

(3,891 posts)You'll start a webpage listing the sponsors to Duck Doofus. It won't take long for the webcrawlers to find it, and they'll wait and watch your user ratings, probably.
Then the sponsors will lead off talking about how you are trying to punish them for Free Speech or something. The DD supporters will rush to the business, ala Chick Fil A, and they'll do even more business, and make even more money, and stick with the show.
But, if you're anxious to reward them and play the part of the "intolerant left" for the publicity stunt, be my guest. The only way to make sure you get the sponsors, is watch the show, which means you're improving the ratings of A&E which is why they did the stunt in the first place.
