It's really short on specifics as to what her old plan really entailed.

true. It doesn't even make sense. Usually these claims are that the premiums are going up so the person can't afford it. Every one i've seen has been debunked, though. I would just respond with "What made that happen? There isn't anything in the law that would change a child's insurance except to remove pre-existing conditions."

It's total crap. Try to make her give more specifics so you can call her out.
