Washington, we have a problem...

We have many long-term unemployed who cannot find jobs.

Our economy has never recovered since the Great Recession. We can continue to pay unemployment benefits or we can put these folks to work. Or we can cut off their benefits and throw them out in the cold? Which America are we?

Jobs cannot be picked off trees like apples. There are none.

The House says they cannot approve any more unemployment benefits unless they are paid for.

Washington, it is time to face reality.

After all the benefits and taxbreaks bestowed upon the businesses of America, they still cannot provide jobs to millions of Americans.

So, it is time to (pardon my language) shit or get off the pot.

It is time to pass a jobs program to fix the infrastructure in our country. It is time to put these folks to work. Or you can vote to continue unemployment benefits.

Or you can throw these folks overboard.

Obviously, the voters need to pay a little more attention to what is happening up there in Washington. Some of us are watching.

...Abandoning one's post in wartime is a capital offense, even if the owners are only interested in maximizing profit and control.

The fact Washington can print all the money the banksters can carry should be all an honest press need broadcast to effect instant change.
