they claimed that non was hurt, (so now we know somebody died).

As of this morning we had nothing on that. It also impeded the search for a four year old missing child per a post earlier here in the day, looking for an actual link to that.

As we have seen many times however there are two sets of laws in this country, one for the rich and powerful and one for everyone else. If an ordinary citizen had done something like this they would be facing a long prison sentence, but Christie will probably never be charged with a crime for the simple reason that he is well connected. As far as his political career however who knows what will happen, I would guess the political damage will be quite severe however and I find it highly unlikely that he is a serious force in the next presidential race after this.

Governor Ryan (a repub) was related to bribes for trucking licenses. Someone made a bribe and got a license and got in a horrible accident that killed several children. It was all over the news. Gov Ryan got 6 and a half years in prison and served 5 of them.

But, Ryan was no cristie. He had a decent side, too even tho he is a republican. He stopped the death penalty in the state of IL.
